	PATTI FALUS CTB: President/CEO As President and CEO, Patti Falus is the founder and driving force of Barter Network Ltd. A Certified Trade Broker (CTB) with over a decade of experience in barter, Patti is a recognized expert in this multi-billion dollar industry: Through the late 90ís, she toured North America, lecturing seasoned brokers on the merits and advantages of a barter economy. Patti also sits on the board of the Canadian Centre for Abuse Awareness. Starting Barter Network Ltd. in July 2000, Patti's energy, enthusiasm and passion for delivering outstanding service and value, remains the cornerstone of the brokerage, today. BNL stands alone as Canada's largest and fastest growing barter exchange. In 2004 she was awarded Canadian Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in the Start Up Catagory.
	DAVE SCHIFF CTB: Senior Travel Broker Before coming to Barter Network, Dave Schiff spent 10+ years working in the customer service and childcare industry. Considering himself a “people person”, Dave joined BNL in November 2002, as the office manager and administrator. Using the skills he learned from his time here at BNL, Dave moved on to head BNL’s busy travel department in November of 2005.
	STEVE BERMAN Senior Trade Broker Steve joins the Barter Network team with over a decade of sales and customer service experience. He provides assistance for all of our members' Printing and Signage needs as well as brokering the Web Design and Graphic Design members of BNL. As the Print/Web Broker Steve is able to help your company get noticed and have an online presence.
	SHANNON NIEBERGALL CTB: Senior Trade Broker In her first few years at Barter Network, Shannon has brought with her an extensive background in customer service. Shannon's day to day responsibilities include brokering the Media department of Barter Network. She is instrumental in coordinating the sale and purchase of advertising across all mediums available through BNL. With an ever growing client base and with businesses more and more awakening to the idea of marketing their services, Shannon’s experience and knowledge of the industry can only increase as time passes.
	CHRISTINE KANHOYE Administrator Christine comes to BNL with over 15 years of business experience and takes over all of the day to day administrative duties. With a keen sense of customer service and excellent organizational skills Chrsitine is sure to help take BNL to the next level.
	PAUL SWARTZ Account Manager Paul brings a wealth of barter experience and expertise to BNL. As a major barter trader for the past 18+ years, he has owned and managed retail, wholesale distribution and manufacturing companies and leased commercial office space in downtown Toronto, all utilizing barter and leveraging it to its highest capacity. Paul founded Barter Business Academy years ago to tutor novice and experienced barter members and to take their trading to much higher volumes and more sophisticated levels. He was the author of a monthly trading techniques column, Barter Up, for a national barter newspaper and wrote a monthly advice column, Ask Dr. Barter, for a now defunct barter exchange. He has been a guest speaker at barter conventions addressing members, brokers and exchange owners on the subject of creative bartering concepts. If he had this life to live all over again, Paul would be born in a Barter Network hospital, live a barter life and die with a Barter Network funeral. Paul is recognized as an ambassador of barter and is fulfilling his active retirement dream of working with Patti and the amazing BNL team.
	DANA KOCIS Reception Dana comes to BNL with 8 years of customer service and administration experience and has proven to be a great asset to our team. She truly enjoys meeting and greeting clients, and supporting our brokers in providing the best service possible.
	MAURICE GIBBS Senior Trade Broker Maurice Gibbs offers BNL an extensive background in customer service and ability to recreate relationships to better help clients network and trade!! Coming from a background of technical support, Maurice has the ability to relay product knowledge and assist in customer/client matters. Also worked for various non profit organizations which have enabled him to successfully aid contributions & donations and demonstrated leadership by delegating pressing matters.
	FARRAH LOOKMAN Trade Broker Farrah joins Barter Network with extensive experience in customer service and sales. Having come from this background, Farrah has the know-how to aid her client’s in meeting all their trade needs. Being new to the industry, Farrah’s background will allow her to develop and flourish in the barter world. At the same time, her skills will be a definite asset to the Barter Network team.
	LEIGH WHELAN Trade Broker With an extensive Background and many years in the Barter Industry, Leigh re-joins the team of BNL after leaving in 2006 to start a family. She is back in full Force and wants to be sure that all your ‘trading’ needs are met as she also has a background in Customer Service.
	DALLAS Director Of Greetings (D.O.G.) Dallas brings a very unique skill set to BNL, welcoming clients to our office with a wag of his tail, and what can only be described as a smile on his face. He strives to make each clients visit a pleasant one, and with his willingness to please, has become one of BNL’s most valued staff members.
